INDUCTION - PASSING THE GAVEL - ANNUAL AWARDS CEREMONY

Medina Sunrise Rotary expressed its appreciation and support for newly inducted Rotarian Jay Dettorre and incoming club president Roger Hassler at the Induction and "Passing the Gavel" Ceremony held this morning at Mugrage Park. The ceremony was presided over by Rotary Past District 6630 Governor Dr. Michael Davanzo and past club president Daryl Kubilus.

We offer congratulations to all Rotary district and club award recipients who have demonstrated leadership and "Service Above Self": Kevin Wermer, Reid Miller, Roger Hassler, Mike Carlson, Judy Cross, Becky Shotwell, David Loeper, Nathan Kenney, and David Lariviere

Addressing the club, Roger thanked his officers, board and everyone for a successful year of community service and challenged the Rotarians to commit their time, talents, and treasure, joining with Rotary International President H.S. Riseley and 1.2 million Rotarians worldwide, to continue "Making a Difference" this upcoming 2017-18 Rotary Year.
