Sandy Hinkle,  Executive Director of FEEDING MEDINA COUNTY, gave a warm holiday welcome to all FMC volunteers who arrived early on a busy Thursday morning to unload trucks and set up for the Thanksgiving Free Food Distribution at the Medina County Fairgrounds Community Center. Thank you to: Kiwanis & Rotary, Girl Scouts, Medina Christian Academy, St. Francis Xavier School, Sandridge Foods, Job & Family Services, CSEA, the Army, Navy, and all our wonderful Veterans.

A Thanksgiving invocation was given by Roy Lehman from Medina Breakfast Kiwanis and the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was led by Navy Petty Officers Ashley White and Kaylie Leopold, and Army National Guard SFC Steve Callahan, with Caleb Callahan from Medina Christian Academy as the flag bearer. Caleb is the son of Caleb and Stacey Callahan from Medina.

Caleb Callahan's special Thanksgiving Wish: "I am thankful to all those who fight for our freedom, my family, and the Lord who loves and saved me."
