Medina Sunrise Rotarians were thrilled to join the ribbon-cutting ceremony this morning for Shotwell Gardens, a beautiful new park at the corner of Foote and Weymouth Roads in Medina County.
This newest gem in the Medina County Park District features accessible paved trails, two garden ponds, an amphitheater, swinging benches, native gardens, interactive outdoor musical instruments, a bike repair station, and a restroom.
The park was made possible by the generosity of Becky Shotwell, a long-time Rotarian, and her family.
