This morning, Medina Sunrise Rotary held its meeting at CUPS Cafe. Executive Director Cindy Maxwell presented and discussed the organization's mission and work. Thank you, Cindy, for hosting us and for all Cups does for people in our community!
CUPS is a connecting place where students and guests can expect to find comfort, coffee, conversation, a free meal and so much more. CUPS Cafe is a faith-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that operates on the generous financial support of individuals, local businesses, local churches, and organizations. Rev. Tim Van Arsdale said that CUPS cafe was originally founded in 2008, with the intention of helping teens who may not fit in anywhere else. However, it has grown and now offers several ministries to Medina County residents of all ages.
